7pm is the earliest that u may arrive. And 8pm is the latest.

If u are later than 8pm. PUNISHMENT!! And yes, need mj table. Though i am not sure if sookfen has one? Zs said he can fetch sookfen from home and give her a lift over to my place, so there'll be room for a mahjong table.
